The Cuddly Koala was brought to life through a shared vision and collaboration with SENGER Naturwelt. After over a year of hard work and a dozen design revisions, every detail was carefully refined, from its gently oversized head to its wide, fluffy ears and softly curved arms, echoing the way koalas naturally cling and rest in eucalyptus trees.

The SENGER Cuddly Animals come with a special removable heat pack that warms, cools, and soothes little bodies while wrapping them in cosy, comforting textures that support moments of rest, reassurance, and ease. All-natural, certified organic, gently weighted, and super soft, these cuddly companions are designed to bring comfort through rest and play.

Safety & Usage

• WARNING: DO NOT OVERHEAT; risk of burns to the skin or the risk of overheating in newborns

• To Heat:
  • Remove the inner pillow from the cuddly animal via the zippered opening before heating
  • Heat gently in the microwave for approx. 30–60 seconds (max. 600W), or in the oven at 75°C for 3–5 minutes
  • Check the temperature carefully – the pillow should feel warm, close to body temperature, never hot
  • Return the pillow to the toy once it has reached a safe, soothing warmth

• To Cool: 
  • Cool in the fridge until gently chilled
  • Use as needed to provide a soothing, cooling effect

• IMPORTANT: Only heat or cool the removable pillow, never the entire soft toy
